I like jogging because except for weight loss I can also gain friendship, knowing other runners or hanging out with friends, just like social activities. As aerobic exercise, jogging won’t make you overtired, but it will cost your unwanted calories of your whole body.

Unlike jogging, crunch is done inside. I usually do before bedding time. It’s quite effective for taking away the love handle. And exercise before bedding time could help me with my sleep.

SCALE

Why scale is one of the three necessary things for weight loss? Well, it’s not hard to understand. As weight loss is a long-term program, we must have perseverance.
